In collaboration with Micropia, Oedipus went to the Artis Zoo to harvest micro organisms. The culture of choice originated in the flower garden and contains several kinds of yeast and bacteria that were suitable to brew beer with. The result is a slightly sour beer with clear notes of peach and a bit of pear and banana in the background.
